Auto-EnrollmentOnce per quarterIf your 90-day milestone falls after the 1st of the current quarter, you'll be enrolled on the 1st of the next quarter. You'll be auto-enrolled at our standard contribution rate unless you create a Voya profile ahead of time and edit your contributions. A brochure with Voya profile instructions will arrive by mail 30 days before auto-enrollment.

3-paycheck months: In months with three biweekly paydays, the third paycheck will not have health insurance deductions. It will still have full taxes, retirement deductions and all other deductions.
